Well 2006 summer is over and I have used $2188.18 in gas for my boat this year I will update this for 2007 season . THANK YOU HIGH GAS PRICES.

PROS  This is my 2005 Malibu Response LXI 400 hp, SSP. This is the best boat I have ever owned. I can load it down with the family and all equipment and still do one foot wakes at 47 mph. The wake is not a Sanger DX11 wake but its close enough. This boat has the room, speed, wake and the power.                                  CONS The boom needs an extension to get you out of the bow spray.

In St. Louis, Missouri, we ski on the Meremac River. We ski 7 to 8 months out of the year. Our water conditions are the best around. Of course, we begin skiing at 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. and can ski until 11:00 am-12 p.m. Then, the wally’s come out. (You guys know what I am talking about) We use the best boats and equipment. My current boat is a 2005 Malibu LXI with the 383 Hammerhead engine. Other boats we use are a 1999 Mastercraft with 200 HP Mercury engine and Flightcrafts with 200 HP Mercury’s.
